At Cape & Co., we understand that delivery expectations are just as important to you as the goods themselves. We pride ourselves on delivering premium garden furniture with a premium customer experience.
Our Delivery Options
We offer a range of services designed to fit your schedule and your needs. Please note that we currently only deliver to the UK Mainland and select areas of Scotland.
Standard Two-Man Delivery
- Cost: FREE on all orders over £100.
- Small Orders: Delivery for orders under £100 is charged at a flat rate of £60.
- The Service: Our standard service includes a specialist two-person team delivering directly to your garden.
- Note: This service does not include product assembly or packaging removal.
Platinum Assembly & Packaging Removal
- Cost: £120 (Fixed rate for all garden furniture sets).
- The Service: Our team will deliver to your garden, fully assemble your furniture, and remove all packaging for recycling.
- Exclusions: This specific rate does not apply to Pergola installations.
Pergola Build & Installation
- Cost: £500.
- The Service: Our talented team will deliver your new pergola to your garden and fully assemble it.
- Ground Fixing: We will fix your pergola to the ground at no extra cost.
- Liability: You will be required to sign a document accepting that any damage caused during the fixing process (to the ground surface or underlying utilities) will be the responsibility of the property owner.
- Requirements: The delivery destination must be level and safe for the crew to navigate. We advise that a firm concrete base is the ideal surface for a secure installation.
Delivery Timelines
We aim to get your order to you as swiftly as possible, though exact dates are at the final discretion of our trusted delivery partners.
- Garden Furniture & Parasols: We aim for delivery within 3–7 working days.
- Pergolas (Delivery Only): We aim for delivery within 5–10 working days.
- Pergola (with Installation): Please allow up to 14 working days during the peak summer season due to the volume of installations.
What to Expect on Delivery Day
- Confirmation: You will receive a purchase confirmation and an estimated delivery date immediately after ordering.
- Delivery Window: Our teams deliver between 7 am and 7 pm.
- Live Updates: You will receive a text message on the morning of delivery advising of your specific time slot.
- Final Call: Your driver will call you 30 minutes before arrival so you know exactly when to expect them.
Important Information
Deliveries to Scotland
For those living in Scotland, please contact us at info@capeandco.uk. We will do everything in our power to facilitate delivery, though this may involve engaging a specialist courier at an additional cost.
Cancellations & Access
- 48-Hour Notice: If you need to change your delivery date, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
- Redelivery Fees: Failure to provide notice or being unavailable during your agreed window will incur a £120 redelivery fee.
- Safe Access: Customers must ensure that access is not restricted by narrow roads, parking restrictions, or other obstructions. If our team cannot safely access your garden, delivery will be made to the front of the property (kerbside).
- Liability Note: Cape & Co. cannot accept responsibility for any costs associated with delays to your delivery or installation, including contractor costs or time taken off work.
